James Herbert
Founder/Owner
James was inspired to start Envirowash when he power washed his own home before putting it on the market, and realized how satisfying the process was and what a difference it made to the look of the home. James has an engineering background and worked in the gaming industry for 16 years prior to starting Envirowash. He is passionate about the environment and enjoys spending time on the river with his family.
Curtis Galbraith
Co-owner and VP
Coming from the sports industry, Curtis focuses on sales, management, and the overall health of the company. Curtis is detail oriented and has big goals to help James grow the business. Curtis and his wife live in the Midlothian area. He enjoys watching sports, working out & playing golf when not busy at work.
Eli R.
Operations Manager
Eli comes to Envirowash with 6 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor at VCU’s MCV campus. He oversees the crews and helps keep the shop running smoothly. Eli plays in his church’s worship band, and also enjoys traveling.
Cindie V.
Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Cindie started working at Envirowash in Feb of 2024 as our Office Manager and Bookkeeper. She is in charge of keeping all of our accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other clerical responsibilities operating efficiently. In her spare time she enjoys donating her time for multiple charitable organizations, helping at her catering business, and networking with other business professionals.
Shannon H.
Project Manager
Shannon started working at Envirowash in 2008. Prior to working with us, Shannon had a cosmetology license and was a hair stylist. She now works in the office as well as in the field, helping to ensure that every job is completed correctly and on time. When not at work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her kids.
Justin T.
Sales Representative
Justin was born and raised in Richmond, where he currently lives with his wife, 2 daughters, and golden retriever. Justin is a fan of the Atlanta Braves and Virginia college sports. When he’s not busy providing excellent customer service to his clients, Justin enjoys playing golf, grilling, and traveling with his family.
